I have test channel in the 600, like 4 of them..

Numbers range from 101-119.

I'm sorry, I don't understand your question. DIRECTV receivers have a signal meter in the setup screen, possibly under the "Satellite Setup" screen.

Yeah, I cant find it anywhere...

All I find is a channel that has Tets on it and it gives me 5 reading for STA A and B..

I see people post numbers here what there staellite is reading when they have a problem. Where do they get this at?

Mid eighties will work low to high nineties great 100 the best.When I'm camping and sometimes get a high seventies it works not great but works. Cant cut their trees down.:(

Those are channel 490-495. Which techs can use to verify if transponders come in or not.

They are for 101 odd/even; 119 odd/even; 110 even and 95 vertical.

Actually, the test channels are from 490 to 497. 490 and 491 are for the 101 sat, 493 and 493 are for the 119, 494 is for the 110, 495 is not used, 496 is for the 72.5 sat used for locals in smaller markets and 497 is used for the 95 sat for international programs.

As for the signal strength, you should be getting at least 70 for consistent good signal... this is to allow for some weather interference before the picture starts to pixelate. Ideally, you should get as close to 100 as possible.
