actually they say - it started on Nov 12th or something
I just got it..
I go check my IRD:
yup - got it - it is P144 now...
Wonder if they did something about TV going automatically to ch 100 in this upgrade...i go check few things - be right back :)
hey - Cool - 3900's p144 - when on ch 100..it doesn't automatically go to Dish Home - it asks ya :)

and if press something like "99" or "101" (i do not have 119 hooked up to 3900 here BTW :) - it doesn't automatically go to ch 100, but remains on the current channel!!! - good!
Even if i am on High channels and press 99 - tv jumps to ch 103 for me..which is still better then jumping to Dish Home's 100
I only want to go to Dish Home - when i am interested in going there :)
Everything is working pretty good other wise..
Didn't check the guide extensively yet...but seems to be working OK otherwise
they even say it could be new upgrade now in stream for 4900s and 301s as well (probably fixing the simular Dish Home problem)
