First my apploigies for the terrible photoshop job.
This first image here is the single channel guide as it is now.

Here is an exple of how I'd prefer it to look. Perhaps the episode name does not need to be there, but it might be nice.
Essentially:
Remove the channel number and name from every line - it's already listed before the first show.
Move the date to the top line since it usually just repeats on every line.
Add channel navigation buttons.
This gives MUCH more room for the show name and/or even episode name.
