The latest national release changed the way the image is displayed for 1080i. Foir some reason, there is pretty severe overscan on the right side of the image and the bottom of the image. I had the same problem when I first purchased the unit back in February. The end result is that all channels look a bit like the stretched SD shows on TNT-HD (if that makes sense).

Has anybody noticed this as well?

Are you changing formats at all when this is happening? It only happens when displaying in 1080i? Is this on both SD and HD channels?

I'll have to do more research, but I initially noticed it on HDNet, ESPN (football), and Discovery HD Theater. I don't believe it's happening on the SD channels. M TV can only do 480p or 1080i, so I have those resolutions selected on the HR20 and the Native set to On.

When this was happening before, it was most noticeable on the Guide. The bottom part of the guide was cropped in 1080i, but displayed correctly in 480p.

Are you connected via HDMI or component? Can you switch to the other kind of connection?

Can you try Native Off? It shouldn't make a difference, just try.

Connected via component.
