hr20 gets stuck on photos and music, any alternative to reset?

I've just got networking going and I get alot of freezes where the system seems to just stop responding to input while navigating through the menus. The only thing that I can do is hit the reset button. Is there a more graceful way to recover the box (similar to ctrl+alt+del)?

Also, It lists videos, but nothing happens when I click in there.

Lastly, Ive posted this ? in another thread, but anyone know the secret to getting photos to show up in folders rather than listing each and every photo? Also need to adjust duration of each pic in slideshow mode, but how?

The HR20 will not stream videos at this point.

If you're getting a lot of freezes with streaming media, you can try turning off the computer that's doing the streaming and then waiting. Otherwise, if you can't get a response from the MENU (to go to Help&Settings>Setup>Reset) or EXIT buttons then a red-button reset is the only choice.

My photos show up in folders, also with WMP11 you can make picture playlists which (sometimes) work. As far as duration, the only thing I see is you can push FF to go to the next picture.

check how many pic and tunes you have in each folder. Some have reported issues where folders with LOTS of files will load slowly or not at all. I keep mine limited, makes it easier to find what I want too.
