Been 2 weeks since I updated from DirecTivo to the HR-20. All was going fine (except for the lack of DLB) until I turned on my unit today, went to MyPlaylist and there was nothing in it! I had recorded several shows/movies over the past 2 weeks and they are completely gone with no signs of what happened. I check To Do->History and there is no information. Help! Do I need to get on the phone for a replacement?
