Win XP Splash Screen

Does anyone know the name and location of the XP spalsh screen that appears when XP first starts, previous versions of windows name it logo.sys and was located in the C root direcrtory but unable to find the one for xp. I always edited and personallized them, but so far no luck locating this one.

It's not an image file. It's a type of mini-program, IIRC. And Windows 2000 didn't have an image file either... You can hack it, I don't know how but you can search on Google.
