Multi-Switch Error??

I've been having trouble changing channels on my model 3900 receiver. When ever I go in to the programming menu and go to a channel I get a (Multi switch error 04) on my display. It tells me to go to the menu and check the switch in the installation menu. It works for a bit and I get the same thing. This error never happens on my locals, usually on the same tier as FMC, BBC, IFC, ect. I tried resetting the box and get the same thing. This problem started on Saturday and seemed to stop. Now I'm getting it again. Any ideas?:confused:

What does check switch say? If 110 is out (where the beeb and IFC are), it may just be a loose/corroded (should not happen unless water is getting in) connection.

Might not hurt to tighten all the connectors and put some fresh waterproofing on them. See if that does the trick :)
