Partial Recordings

My HR20-100s is less than two weeks old and I've had two partial recordings. Each recording was less than 1 minute long. I haven't seen any recent postings of this issue from other members which makes me think that previous SW updates helped fix those problems. Is this typically a HW or SW issue? I believe the only solution I've seen posted is to totally wipe out everything. Well, since the box is new, I would imagine that was already done when I got the box.

This sounds like an SW issue what ver. are you running?

It's version 0X18A.
I'm going to order a new box because I'm starting to notice other problems such as loss of audio synch - meaning when I restart a show there is no audio but I can pause and rewind and the audio comes back. Also, my loss of DVR functions is starting to get frustrating.

Have you tried simply resetting the receiver?
