Hello all.

I had my 5lnb dish and hr20 installed a couple of weeks ago. The last couple of days I have not been receiving my local HD channels along with some of the other HD channels so I checked the signal strengths. After checking the DBS forums and Directv.com, I started my troubleshooting with resetting the receiver and that seemed to fix the problem. I got my HD locals no prob.

Butt, I noticed that all the transponders on sat. 103 are reading zero. Is this normal? I get my locals out of Cleveland, OH and I don't seem to be missing any channels, so is this something to worry about?

I believe 103b is the new satellite - D10, that should begin operating later this month with the national HD stations. Everyone is getting zeros now.

Check it again in a couple of weeks! The HD fairy is coming to your house soon!

Don't. You asked a great question and I'm sure other people were thinking the same thing.

Thanks for the votes of confidence guys.

Milo, I'm not sure I'm ready for that Cutting Edge stuff...my wife says I'm dangerous with sharp objects...

I just set up an HR20 tonight. This must explain why everything listed as "OK" except for a "Failed" on 103b. :)
