New Subscriber Question

Hello All,

Just got hooked up this Saturday :D :D :D . How long do you think it will take the web site to reflect my install. Right now it doesn't show subscription level. It doesn't show what receivers I have, etc. I'm sure it's just a data entry thing but does anyone know the typical time frame?

That's weird...you'd think it'd show up within a day. Is there a particular reason you want to see it?

Mine was up the day of the install

I would call DIRECTV and ask them about that. I seem to recall mine being up pretty quick too.

I was a customer back in 2002. Apparently they linked my new account number to my old online login and password from the old account. After the third call I got it worked out today.
