Hello,

I've searched the forum (maybe not enough), but I can't find an answer to my question.

I recently upgraded to 2 new HR20 units (on August 17). Since then, I can't seem to make the caller ID function work. I've gone into the menu, and see that it's clearly turned on as a feature, but yet, I never seem to get any calls to come through on the screen.

I actually put the HR20 unit in place of my H20 (non-DVR) unit. The H20 would get caller ID to work all the time, and the new HR20 is using the same phone line.

Ideas?

You've probably found several polls and other threads here about the HR20's ongoing Caller ID issues. The last poll I did a month or so ago still showed that ~20% of customers are having Caller ID problems. And it's often variable from one software update to the next.

Try a search here for "Caller ID troubleshooting" to find the excellent thread with step-by-step tips.
