Granted, I'm a new user so I might be missing something. I did get the 104 update before I activated my box. After the initial boot, I was getting the PAUSE and REWIND funcitonality on live TV, and the PIP worked fine so both tuners were getting signal. However, it wouldn't record on demand and it wouldn't accept ONE TIME programs. It did accept weekly programs, but it did not record.
After the next hard reboot, I got it to record on demand and accept ONE TIME programs, but then one of the tuners seemed to be dead. I ran a switch test and verified both getting reception, but one of the tuners had a black picture.
I just don't get it, how many reboots does it take to get ALL the functionality at the same time?
