I have had NFL ticket for 7 years or so and Superfan since it came out. I have a question on what I am seeing for my bill.
Bill Date 7/1
NFL SUNDAY TICKET Renewal Notice: No payment Required 0.00
NFL SUNDAY TICKET Superfan Notice: No Payment Due 0.00
I have seen this in years past..just a notice.
Next
Bill Date 7/31
NFL Sunday Ticket Early Renew in 5 Payments: $45.80
NFL SUNDAY TICKET Superfan Notice: No Payment Due 0.00
Next
Bill Date 8/31
NFL Sunday Ticket Superfan Early Renewal in 3 Payments $33.00*
NFL SUnday Ticket Early Renewal in 5 payments $45.80
* I know about the thread about getting Superfan free. I did get credits to make this 1/2 price. Anyways not the point of my thread.

I am viewing my Recent Activity :
9/1 NFL Sunday Ticket Superfan - Charge $99.00
9/1 NFL Sunday Ticket Charge - $69.99
-----------
Does this make sense? It appears to me with the new charges all of the sudden I am being charged (so far) $99.00 + 33.00 (8/31/2007) !
And why is the NFL ticket charge MORE? Shouldn't it be $45.80 for the 5 months?
Just want to make sure I understand this with a second or third opinion before I call again! They have screwed up my bill now for the last few months (different day for all of that).

the $69.99 price is for new subsribers for 4 months that includes the Premier package, have you checked your account to see what package you are on or your channels? and as to why your getting billed the $99 for the SF again, it may be related to the $69.99 charge

New subscribers huh? LOL 7 years NEW I guess. I haven't changed my plan. I added HBO last week. I have total choice + (which I know they don't sell anymore).

I know you are not a new subscriber, but that is what the $69.99 charge sounds like to me

Yes I know you weren't implying I was. I just dont' understand why I am having all of these errors with my bill / service.
One Month ago - sent them a nice email voicing my concern with the increasing price of the NFL ticket + Superfan. Nothing more, nothing less. They called me and gave me three months credit for DVR service and HD ACCESS. Cool! Very nice of them.
I notice the next day I have no HD programming. They disconnected me instead of giving me an HD service credit as they had promised. Went online and re-added it. Emailed them to let them know they made the mistake and I wasn't seeing the HD ACCESS credit on my bill. She tried to fix it but when doing so it again removed my HD access. Finally fixed!
Notice a few days later the Hardware protection plan is now on my account? I didn't order that or ask for it. So I have to call and get that removed.
Now I notice this latest issue! I sent them an email, don't want to be on hold for 30+ minutes.
They must be really overworked lately.

Not sure why I re-upped, it's a great package, just horrendously overpriced. I am a Saints fan living in Memphis, so I will miss some of their games, but I am on the road sometimes and can't watch it every weekend anyway. BShould have cancelled this year but when I called they agve me Super Fan for free so i re-upped, but it's still too much as it is.

This year you can watch it via the Directv website if you are on the road. So you can't use that excuse any more :-)

When you contacted them a month ago they probably messed up your programming when giving you a credit for Superfan. I knew that happens at times so when I called in to get the free Superfan they promised me but charged it anyway I made sure they just gave me a general account credit and just let the normal Superfan billing happen. That way none of my programming got touched. Definitely call and good luck getting it fixed.

I just called DTV and held for over 40 minutes. It was worth it though. They refunded the SuperFan charge and gave it to me at no charge. They also gave me HBO free for 6 months.

The thing is they didn't touch the Superfan programming. They credited me for three months of HD Service (9.99 credit for three months) and free DVR service (4.99 credit for three months). But that didn't go as planned because when they tried to credit me for the HD service it would disconnect my HD Service. One of the follow-up calls had to fix this.
