Recent Oklahoma installs/upgrades

Has anyone had an SWM (single wire multiswitch) installed? I was told by D* and also called premier communications they are available here. Looking for confirmation as to not be let down during the next 2 weeks before my 2nd HR20 gets here. Waiting for the new HD channels is enough anxiety.

Do not think they are available to the public yet.

I just had a co-worker schedule a new install today and told him to request an SWM. They put it on his order. His install is for Wednesday, so we'll see if they are out in CO.

Hey, good news if true. I know that the CSRs where getting prepped for supporting these devices, but I've heard nothing about a release date for the SWM. If the installer truly has them in stock, then you might be in good shape if you need one. If you order and do get one, please let us know.

Just found out this AM, he did not get the SWM. The installer stated they were not carrying them yet, but were hoping to have them by the middle of next month. The installer also stated the new HD channels would start coming online Sep 26.

Installer just showed up. Swapped out the old tivo for my 2nd HR20 15 mins max. While out at the truck getting a small coax cable made I asked about mounting the slimline on a pole. He handed me a 7 ft pole. Free o charge! No SWM though. He said in about 2-3 weeks he will have them to start installing. Now my only obsticle is the purchasing of the new HD LCD for the bedroom. I have to get past the wife wish me luck. I think it will be easy. Playing back her HD soap on a Saturday morning with out getting out of bed. And I will throw in the fact it will get me out of the room like lighting.
