Yep, we've been discussing whether or not it will affect SeaLaunch and their next two launches (the second of which will be D11). The reason for concern is the possibility that both Proton and Zenit may share components or design features, or have common manufacturers for some parts or subassemblies since they both arose out of the old Soviet space program. If so, SeaLaunch may delay further to be even MORE certain of their bird, above and beyond what they would be doing for their return-to-flight efforts.
