Or if you do what my neighbors do...
I intentially let my bushes grow rather tall in my back yard this year (They refuse to fix the fence - and my dogs keep getting loose - my $500 dogs )

They keep moving the table....and yes I mean a coffee table that their dish is sitting on down to get a line of site.
