Has any of your local papers run editorials, supporting the merger this week? Ours has and we're the capital city of a farm state. The editorial was from the head of the Farm Business Council.

A little late isn't it? I mean I know it is still technically alive but..............

Folks in rural America, that know their options, are none to happy with power brokering that goes on to their detriment. Yes it would create a monopoly. So is the REA and the NRTC. The reason i posted, wasn't to start the right or wrong argument again, but to see if these editorials were appearing in more than one paper.

I am not raising right or wrong either. I am saying it is pretty much beating a dead horse. Of course that never stops us.

You don't think it unusual for editorials, to appear after the rulings, in local newspapers?

i'm to old to be offended and didn't take your response as such. Just trying to see if there was something behind the scenes, in terms of lobbying, that we had missed
