I am using an oval dish and receiving
good pictures on 101 and 119 degree
satellites. I have the integrated 5x4
multi-switch built into the LNB support
arm. I purchased the Eagle Aspen Kit
for the 110 satellite. I plugged the LNB
into the middle slot as instructed.
According to the instructions no other
steps are necessary on the integrated
switch. I cannot acquire the 110 signal
and I have tried two different Eagle
Aspen LNBs. I have the 3 LNB mode
turned on in the receiver.
Any advice?

i called directv about 110 they said you might have to move the dish very slightly.

I have a Dishnet work system with a Dish 500. I have not set it up yet. It has no motor to move the dish. I want to set it up but don't know how everyone is getting signals from satelitte 101, 110 and 119 at the same time without moving dish. Or does everyone move their dish? If so how? where do I have to be pointed if my dish is only pointing to one spot int he sky?

You need a Phase III directv dish. A dish 500 dish will not work unless you have a seperate 18" dish for 101 and a multiswitch. Also depending on how new your dish 500 is the forementioned setup may not work either, because the newer dish 500's use dish pro, which is not compatible with directv.

My advice is to get a Phase III dish. My question is how did you start receiving directv service without first getting a directv dish (which are now free with new installs)?
