Weird EPG data for Monday Night Football

Check it out... two games tonight... According to the episode guide last I looked, the first game is "Ravens vs Bangals" which made me think of the Bangles, and wondered if the Ravens were taking on the band instead of the Bengals?

Curiouser... the 2nd game of the night has "Bengals vs 49ers"... which, if true, would be amazing for the Bengals to play 2 different games across the country on the same night! But it should be Cardinals vs 49ers.

Just found it funny to be so wrong in the guide like that. FYI, descriptive info seems to be correct, just the titles are butchered.

One of the local (Cincinnati) stations even commented on that. Apparently some of the cable systems also have the 7 PM (EDT) program listed as "Ravens vs Bangals". From what they said DirecTV has the listing correct so apparently Tribune Media (who DISH and a lot of cable companies get their data from) is the company that screwed up.

I didn't have anything else to compare too... but figured it was a Tribune (and anyone using Tribune) problem. I did note that sometime this afternoon it was correct, so either overnight or while I was out of the home for a bit today it was fixed.

Actually, it might would be fun to see the Ravens vs the Bangles though...

Would have been more fun than the actual game - that was painful to watch! More fun was watching Oregon run two Statue of Liberty plays in one game - successfully!!!!:lol:
