Did you see Warren Sapp and Mike Sherman go at it after the game? Wow, some f bombs dropped by both of em, Sherman was upset about Sapp's cheap hit on an OT.
Sapp should be fined and suspended.
Legal hit but a cheap shot. I think Sherman is even more upset about Sapp celebrating over Clifton. Packers have gone through about 9 different offensive linemen this year and it must be getting hard to come up with more.
NFL looked at the play and decided no fine for Sapp.
I heard the line coach for the Packers offered to cut Sapp on every play if they meet in the playoffs.

Well, it seemed to me that he was leading with the helmet and intended helmet-to-helmet contact, so... ILLEGAL.
The guy was on the field and moving toward the play, so... LEGAL.
The guy had no chance of being in on the play, so... DIRTY.
I like Sapp because of his incredible intensity, but that play (and the way he handled himself after the game) has devalued my opinion of him to the same level of any other [high-school-level] punk who can't control his behavior in an exciting situation*.
Can't argue with you John. If it was a nobody making that hit on a QB then there would have been a fine and maybe a suspension.
I also agree about the way he handled himself after the game. Telling Sherman to get a jersey on if he's tough is not showing the respect due any NFL coach.
