And they think that Dish/Direct TV merger would create a monopoly. Murdoch already has a monopoly for sat service in most of the world.
But the FCC and DOJ don't really care about the rest of the world, and for good reason.
Murdork is known in the media circles as being very..... should I say unethical ..... if he gets D* expect rates to go up and 24 hours of fox "American Idol" and shopping channel type of programming. He will work out a deal with Charlie to inflate programming prices. He also made a run at E* about five years ago. Both D* and E* are suing NDS owned by murdoch .......
