Do I have the only 721 still on L103?

For the life of me I have not been able to get my receiver to download the latest software. I'm on L103 and if I go to the software update screen it says no update available.

I've tried the two things CSR's suggest (turn off at receiver and wait 20 min & unplug the Coax) as well as the "do PIP, SWAP and then turn off."

Any other ideas? I don't care about L104 so much, but the next one sounds like I'll be wanting it and if L104 "prepped" for L105, I'm concerned that I'll be forever stuck at L103.

I was stuck on L 102 while everyone had L 103 and CSR's couldn't help me, low and behold when L104 came I got it. Maybe when L 105 comes you will get it without doing anything..

I'm not positive about this, however I think I remember someone else stating it:

Try calling and speak to 'advanced tech support' (maybe you already have). If you've only talked to CSRs, it's not a suprise they couldn't help. Tell the advanced tech support your situation. I believe it's possible for the code (L104) to be somehow posted for your unit to be able to download (this is the part I'm not positive about). It's worth a try.

I tired advanced tech, and even they had no idea why it wouldn't download L103 for me. That was a little scary, but I got L 104 a few days later. Advanced tech is definetly better for most of the 721 problems.
