The Emmys are on your local FOX affiliate and the national FOX feed (if you are eligible to get it). The real question is: Is anybody here watching them for the D* commercials? :)

I think what he meant was will there be any coverage of directv's emmy party. I haven't heard about any webcasts or anything, you may catch a glimpse of it on one of the post or pre award shows but I doubt fox or any of the networks will give it any serious coverage.

Could be :) (Might have to use the football gameday setup, with Sunday nite football on the big screen and the emmys on the little one.)

Cheers,
Tom

The Academy of Television Arts & Sciences administers the Emmy awards NOT Directv.

Tonights broadcast of the Primetime Emmy awards is carried by FOX.

Shouldn't this be in the programming forum?

Please, Directv, turn on the new channels!! I've had a bad two weeks (Bills lost, Giants lost, SU Football team lost two weeks in a row!)!! If either Jimmy Johnson or Jeff Gordon wins the Nascar race and the Eagles loses tomorrow, then it will make my two weeks even WORSE!

If there's any chance of seeing anything from the DIRECTV party, watch the entertainment/tabloid shows tomorrow (Monday).

I'm recording it now. When it gets halfway through I'll skip the emmys and just watch the commercials. Now that's a first for me!

Did anyone else have a problem with the audio cutting out during the Emmy's? It seemed worse during the TV clips than when the presenter talked. I've had my HR21 for about two weeks, this is the first time this has happened.

Yes. It got so bad I switched over to the OTA channel. It may just be coincidence, but I didn't have any more audio drops after watching off the antenna.

I was watching on the national feed (388) and I had alot of audio and pixelation problems. Fox chose not to show it live on the West Coast, so I had to watch the SD NY feed. How cheesy was it when the censored Kelsey Grammer by going to the shot of the ball shape up in the celing. They also did it when Heigl won and mouthed "Holy Sh**". The live feed had it, but I just happened to catch the WC replay and they showed the same shot as with Grammer.
