Pixelation problem

I have recently switched from Comcast cable to Dish. I have had a bad pixelation/blockiness in the background issue. The local installer replaced the receiver vip622, peaked the Dish and it has alittle over 100% signal, they also replaced the LNBF. This still has not fixed the problem. Even with COmcast there was a pixelation problem but it is 10 times worse since I switched to Dish. Can anyone offer any ideas as to what is causing this? I have 4 TV's and the problem is on all of them.

Are you using the RG59 coax from the cable company in your house or have you upgraded to RG6? If cables are ok does your switch have a power inserter?

The installer replaced most of the cabling with the RG6 but there may still be some older cables. I know that the cable coming from the Dish to the main TV is new and it is the worst for pixelation. Not sure what the switch is??
