Yes, switched to my aerial antenna and watched the HD feed for channel 4 and saw the same thing. It appears to be a local/CBS issue and not DIRECTV.

I am seeing them when Red Zone HD shows the game or even highlights of it.

Yeah the pixelation was annoying, so was that cough"timeout"cough that only the one ref knew about.

Typical refs against the Raiders crap.

+1. No freaking way was that called in time. You'd have thought Walt Freaking Coleman was officiating that game.

Gotta agree with you Raider fans, that T.O. was not called in time. I felt bad for you guys.

They told the ref they wanted a timeout before the play was snapped, the ref just took forever. I am not a fan of either team.

The whistles blew AFTER they had already kicked it... what kind of f*cking bullsh*t is that?

Typical ref crap.

But McCLOWN blew that game. Good job throwing 3 INT's for 14 points off turnovers... and missing a WIDE OPEN Porter in the closing minutes.

Culpepper would have won this game.

Oh yeah, and we need to cut Janikowski!!

The brilliant Mr. Coleman was in Nashville today.

Watch the replay... line judge on the Broncos side was waving his arms with his whistle in his mouth prior to the snap. Shanahan and Lynch were both motioning for a timeout 2-3 seconds before the snap.

Allowing the snap to even happen was the head officials fault.

I don't want to appear anything other than impartial, so I shall refrain from comment. :) Hell of a game though, Fly! By the way, what's up with all the QB's having the green dots on the back of their helmets?

:backtotop I was also getting annoyed with the numerous transitions from Pro Logic to DD 5.1. Seemed like every couple of minutes.

I noticed that too. Pretty annoying, and didn't seem to matter what source I used to watch the game.

I answered my own question -

The Green Dot Story (http://www.netscape.com/viewstory/2007/08/14/why-are-nfl-quarterbacks-wearing-a-green-dot-on-their-helmet/?url=http%3A%2F%2Fhotstuff.linkpress.info%2Fwhy-are-nfl-quarterbacks-wearing-a-green-dot-on-their-helmet%2F&frame=true)

I was AT the game, and the lightening in the area was pretty nasty. They let us back into the stands after the first storm went by but there was additional lightening in the area later on during the game as well, but it was a direction away from the stadium so we didn't have to leave again. Depending upon equipment etc. I would not be surprised if some of the pixellization you saw was due to static electricity affecting the equipment somewhere in the processing.

Oh yes, and the Broncos won. YESSSSS!

Hey, it wasn't his fault, the fans were so loud no one heard the whistle for the time out before the play. I will take the blame for that as much as the other 75,000 at the game. But as far as cheating goes, I thought that was the reason Bill Belichick was in the league. The real truth is, nothing good will ever happen to Al Davis and the Radahs until he pays Mike the money he owes him.
:D
