Is everyone else having a problem with no guide data starting with the beginning of prime time on 9/28? I have no schedule data on either my HR10-250 or my two HR20s.

I'm seeing that on my R15-500, although I don't know if that's a problem as much as the 28th being almost two weeks from now...

That's the norm... it usually only goes out about 10-12 days.

I had that same problem when I had my HR10-250 hooked into an HDMI switcher. I know it seems stupid, but hook it directly to your TV, reboot the Hr10-250 and see if that works.

That's about right....
As you get closer to the edge of the 2 week period, it get's a little less popopulated.
And given all the changes that are going to occur over the next two weeks (channel changes)

I had just noticed that the guide stopped populating on 9/28 for the last couple of days. Today it seems to have gotten the data for the 28th +. I discovered the missing data in the process of setting up SLs for the upcoming season; and up to the 28th, it seemed to gain a day's worth of data each day, but last Friday or so, it stopped getting new data. I guess it's working OK now.

Not only is Friday the 28th about right but the schedule is going through some major upheavals to accomodate all the new shows and rescheduling of old shows. Not just the Networks but the cable channels summer season is ending and their schedules are changing as well.
I just checked and most of Saturday the 29th is complete, but Sunday night is not ready yet.
