Watching smackdown and the pixels are absolutely horrid. This is a cap from my tv tuner so its way smaller than a 20 inch TV!

Looks like Pittsburgh locals when I have snow on the dish

And on Enterprise, when there is a scene change, parts of the previous scene remain visible for a few seconds in the new scene. Looks like an oil slick outline that fades away.

What a sad situation. DishNetwork is literally laughing at its customers.

Thats hideous, ask for a refund...lol....customers should not have to put up with such horrible pq. I'm glad Charlies not getting his hands on Directv.

Is that why the Aggies just played like crap? :nono:

:nono: Sometimes its UPN 38 sometimes it's UPN 9. I wish at least one of them had decent PQ. Watching Smackdown on my mom's 48" Sony RPTV is hell everything is just a bunch of shimering pixels. I currently have The Twilight Zone set up to record on WSBK, looks like I'll have to watch the PQ carefully for the next few days and maybe change it to WWOR.

Take a look at any show on HBO that has a shadowed area in the background. Horrid! I miss my ANALOG C-band signal.

It almost looks as if someone is streaming it with Real player over the internet...

Bogey62 thats why I still have my C-Band dish. I'll never give it up. Analog is definitely the way to go.

I got this today in e-mail...

Dear Mark,

Just an update to let you know we have recently made upgrades to some
equipment affecting the New York locals including WWOR-238. They are being
monitored daily by our Network Operations Center since the change. Have you
seen any further indications of pixelizations/freezing since late last week
on WWOR?

Thank you,

Interesting, I'll keep my eye on it for Enterprise and Smackdown.
