Online installation rescheduling not working?

Anyone else noticed this today? I'm supposed to get a 5LNB dish next tuesday and I've been checking 2-3 times a day to see if an earlier date comes up (so far no dice) ... when I log on today I see my install is now "unscheduled" and it says to call the CIS number instead of the reschedule button. I hope its a system problem and not yet another f up.

I will once I get home tonight. I hate getting angry at people when I'm at work and if they've fumbled this and cost me yet another week, I'm gonna be pretty steamed!

Someone will show up when you least expect it. Check your answering machine. They are in too deep but have pissed off the techs that could help.
