best way to split signal

we have dish and are getting a tivo sa. tivo only has one tuner. what is the easiest way to run both sat signals so we can record signal on tivo and watch normal sat at the same time? I know dtv has dual tuners in their pvr's but dish has our locals so we stick with dish.

You need, either two dish receivers, or a 721 and not get the Tivo.
