BBC question

hey guys
sup all

i got a slimline 5LNB dish and my reciever is H20 - 600
when i installed my Slimline dish and my BBC to my reciever on Channel 499 it was searching for Signal which means all is a GO !!
but when the reciever took the Software Update 0x2024 on Channel 499 its all black no searching for Signal anymore , should i worry about this ?

the signal i have on the SAT 103b are :

1-8 : 96 94 95 96 94 93 91 99
9-16 : 94 91 93 96 94 98 n/a n/a
17-24 : 94 n/a n/a n/a n/a 94 n/a n/a
25-32 : n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a n/a

so u think its the BBC thats not working right ?
cause i have 2 and both are the same black screen on that channel

If you have good transponder signal levels on 103b for both tuners , doesn't that mean that your BBC's are working regardless of what ch 499 tells you?
