Tracking new equipment order

I ordered a new H20 yesterday. The CSR told me I would get a confirmation email about the order within 24 hrs. I never got the email so I called back and they gave me the confirmation number, but did not have a Fedex tracking number to give me. Has anyone else been able to get a tracking number?

Is the receiver being shipped to you or is it being installed?
You can call and ask for a Fed-Ex number if being shipped, sometimes it takes a day or so for the tracking number to show up in there system.

I usually just e-mail them and ask them for it (the tracking number). They never give you a confirmation e-mail for some reason.
