DBSTalk Community Forum does provide structured opportunities for community engagement by dealers and manufacturers. Please contact us for more information. Any attempts to self-promote or market in the forums is forbidden. No referral links are allowed. No linking to your own site to drive traffic to it is allowed. Members may put a link to a "vote for me", personal site or blog, or favorite charity in their signature, as long as it is unobtrusive.
You further understand that the DBSTalk Community Forum staff has the final say when it comes to post removals or edits. We make every effort to reach an understanding when dealing with posts that need to be removed or edited. If you have an issue with a volunteer moderator, or a choice made by them, you are asked to use the "Contact Us" link at the bottom of any page to report it. The site administrators have the final say. Please respect that the volunteer moderators are just that, volunteers. They give their time to help make DBSTalk Community Forum a great place to visit. The site has implemented a "three strikes" rule for violations. Users will have two chances to follow the rules of the forum and after the third strike, the user's account may be banned. The use of the the private messaging service is not "private" in the sense that it is a message seen only by the sender and receiver. While the message is private from the rest of the members, it is not encrypted and the administration of the site can view them if needed. All rules that apply to posting on the forums also apply to the use of our private messaging system and violators may have their posting privileges subject to the same revocations as on the forum in general. DBSTalk Community Forum can terminate an account for any reason or no reason at all.
DBSTalk Community Forum reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, discontinue or terminate the site or services or to modify these rules at any time and without prior notice. By continuing to access or use the site, you are indicating that you agree to be bound by the modified rules. If the rules at any time are not acceptable to you, your only recourse is to cease using the site.
