Try this, change from "HD Only" to HD and SD", get out, then go back and change it back to "HD Only". Let me know if this works.

    Is this offer still available?

I believe PIP is only available in single mode.

Sounds like you have the Dish Receiver set to PCM only. I don't remember where this option is set, but go find it.

Does the TV have to have a HDMI input? Or would a HDMI to DVI work? Nevermind, I found it on Logitech's web site. It is a definite maybe.

This interesting to me at least, the VIP722K that got 668 now appears under "Other Devices" in my Windows 7 Ultimate network display. Clicking it pops up a window with some properties and two links back to the 722K that don't work.

Try re-booting with the bridge plugged in.

I'm afraid even with a switch, you'll need to run another line. Unless you only get two satellites, with a switch you need one line per satellite from the dish to the switch.

I wasn't sure what to call it, but it was the number on the letter and not the main number. I think it was the number to call to schedule the re-point. I knew better than to just trust thier system.:D That's why I called and discussed the issue before scheduling anything.

I got the letter last week. I called and talked to a Re-direct CSR. I told him that I already receive 61.5, 110, 119 and 129 with a Dish 1000 and a Disk 500. He told me that thier records said I wasn't getting 129. Thus the letter to re-point my 61.5 to 129. I declined the re-point since I...

Wrong, although much was said about 2000 being the start of a new century, the actual fact is that the 21st century started in 2001. There was no year 0. It started in year 1. Thus this decade does in fact go from 2001 to 2010. Sorry, but this huge misconception has bother me for 10 years now.:D

Someone correct me if I'm wrong, but this component connection is NOT HDCP, right? Doesn't he need to connect using the HDMI connection for any HDCP?

Quick test, connect a phone to the phone cable going to the 722 and see if it displays the callerid. Sometimes when the callerid stops displaying, I would turn the option off, exit from the menus, then turn it back on. This would re-activate the callerid display.

In the vip722 there is a Line versus RF setting. RF is only 2-channel. Line will put out 5-channel. Make sure you have Dolby selected also, not just PCM.

In my experience, creating a new "New" timer a couple of hours before the show works.

My OTA problem may be different as I read through this thread again. I had one OTA, new timer set to record "Life on Mars" on DFW ABC channel 008-01 Wednesday night. This is the third timer for that hour. When I look at the guide, the program does not show it will be recorded. When I look at...

Ok, I've had this problem for a while now in the DFW TX area. The ABC channel, 008-01, loses the guide based timer after some event occurs. I suspect it's the re-boot for the nightly update, but haven't confirmed. Another syptom is that this channel does not appear in the SlingGuide Grid...

I have never had it switch while I was watching something. But if the channel I was watching was locked or I guess hit a locked broadcast later, when I turn my 622 on, it will be on channel 101.
