    Nope. That had no effect. I've had DirecTV for years and have never had this issue before. Very strange! Like I said, the actual TV programming is just fine, so I'll try to not let it bother me (but it will be difficult!).

    OK...I'll try that. I wouldn't think those settings would have changed since I swapped a bad HR24 for a replacement HR24 on the same TV.

    It's set for 720p, 1080i, and 1080p. As mentioned, the actual TV programming looks great. It's just the blue selection boxes and the blue background of the guide and settings screens.

    As mentioned, my GenieGo app sees my Genie (HR34) and my HR24, but not my HR23. Very strange!

    That would be nice! However, for some reason, my Genie and HR24 playlists show up in GenieGo, but my HR23 does not. Maybe there will be new firmware for the HR2x series as well?

    Not the best solution, but a solution nonetheless. I guess I'll have to do the same thing until this issue is resolved.
