Dish Network websites and phones are down because of a cyber attack.

The default has always been No Thanks and it is not changeable. Your the first person in all the years I have had a Hopper that has complained about the setting. Its not likely to change.
The dimensions you have are correct. The one's from Dish are wrong. You can download the product sheet here https://www.dish.com/cedia/downloads/Hopper-3-Feature-Sheet-with-52.0.pdf
No OTA tuner has been included in Dish receivers for several years now. This started with the VIP series (722 I believe) and continues with the Hopper series.
Autohop delays by network:
All CBS 7 days
ABC O&O 3 days all others next day
Fox 7 days
NBC O&O 7 days? All others next day.
This all based on my experiences and what has been reported as a result of contract negotiations.
You still can't do it with out using a DPH42 switch which is required for 2 H3s' on a single account. You can't have receivers on 2 different accounts in the same configuration.
If you have a 40.0 remote and the new CUI press Menu twice and then go to Tools. You will find the options there on your HWS. I believe all timers are consolidated.
