Yeah , I told her that I heard it was difficult to guarantee the box I would get , but she said" nope, I put it in the notes ". And I did tell her if it wasn't the 44 , I would be sending it right back..
Well I had finally had enough today so I called DTV and said cancel.. That of course took me to retention.. Having been a client since 2003, they did more than I ever expected...she gave me 5 $10 credits for 12 months ( off starz and sports pack and hbo and a couple loyalty credits )... Also...
When I called dtv the said the would send another genie out but that I would get the same model I have now..Guess I have to do the truck roll and try to get the 44 that way, right?
I finally hit the red button for reset, hopefully it runs smoother..if not I guess I will just call for a truck roll and play the game until 1 shows up with a 44....Thx for the help Jimmy..
Wish that I could say that.. It just keeps getting slower and slower... I can count to 20 sometimes from button push on remote till the 34 actually does something... And when it does finally change the channel , the screen goes black and the sound from the previous channel stays going for 5...
yes, i entered several and it just keeps telling me its incorrect passcode and every miss makes the time ( in seconds) that i have to wait to enter a new one go up...
Not parental control and i tried 0000 and several other combinations to no avail...I dont think i asked the question properly...After installing the directv app on my android tablet and watching things on it, on the left side of the screen on the app it says : Your dvr is set to block display...
how do i find out what my passcode is on my h-34? my tablet on directv app is telling me to unblock external devices under settings on the dvr.. It wants a passcode.. i dont remember ever having one...
