Anyone else lose theirs? Lost mine here in Chicago after the update Tuesday morning. Reset before calling did nothing. Did initial antenna setup while on the phone with DTV, nothing. The rep finally said he was told to submit it to the engineers and they'd check on it.:( Am hoping it's an issue with others so they'll fix it for all.

It would help to know what unit you have. DVR? Which Model?

I think I remember that if you redo antenna setup using an incorrect zipcode and then do it again with your valid zip, it might work.

When doing an antenna setup on my former HR20, it did not work to just accept the zip code that was already displayed from the prior set up -- I had to enter it anew.

Thanks. It's an HR-22. I'll try re-inputting the zip and see if that does it.

You guys are brilliant! That did the trick. They're all back except for the CBS affiliate. Don't know why it's still missing. Did the initial setup and re-input the zip again but still no go on that channel. Not a biggie though. I'll take what I've got. Thanks to all. :)
