And that makes me extremely happy ! They were the source of many blackout headaches for me this season.4 to be exact.

Yea, every home game should be in HD anyway. Away games will be iffy but being as Columbus is so close there is a good chance for them to be in HD as well.

Also a lot depends on when the Pistons get going for their playoffs and if they will have a game the same night as the Wings. One of them will get bumped to FSN+ which is not HD.

With one exception the NHL Network's blackouts were the fault of the Flyers and not the fault of the Network

Thursday, April 16 at 7:30 P.M. (United Center) on CSN-HD
but the guide says White @ Tampa Bay and 666 and 666-1 just say TBA.

    The csn web site says

    7:30pm Calgary @ Blackhawks (LIVE)

6:00pm White Sox @ Tampa Bay (LIVE) HD on Comcast SportsNet Plus

Will direct tv update the guide and pick up the + feed for CSN.

either MSG sucks and will not share HD programming no matter what or CI is too greedy and will not pay what they want. Anyone knows?
Does this mean Capitals Rangers first game tomorow will be in SD? It shows TSN(HD), MSG(HD), CSN-DC(HD).

I'm wondering the same thing...I don't get CI, but I have CSN-Chicago as a regional sports channel, so I get all the Hawks games when they're on (but interestingly, I don't get Sox/Cubs games on there)...I'm HOPING they will be showing them on 665? I would think what's on 665 is up to Comcast, not DirecTV?

It should. Games on FSN+ show up for me a day or two before they are scheduled.

Thanks for that info! Please keep it coming as the first and second rounds progress. I looked in my guide last night and didn't see any of the HD games listed. Much appreciated.

    The InDemand schedule is here.

    http://www.tsq.com/alerts/NHL1STROUNDPLAYOFFSsked09.pdf

The DirecTV schedule is usually, but not always the same.

I'm sorry to see there is only one CBC feed for all of the first round.

One would hope the NHL.com site is accurate!!! Now we just have to wait and see if D* will be showing any of the Cablevision feeds in HD (Rangers and Devils). I wish Sat Racer would chime in and tell us for certain. The suspense is killing me.
