Looks like I'll get a Dish 1000 with my 622 installation since Chicago HD's are going to be on 129. I want to keep my 61.5 dish for WCBS-DT and a couple public service channels which don't seem to be on the other sats. I want to feed the 622 with a single cable, so I know I'll need a seperator. I have another cable already installed to a 301, which I want to keep. TV 2 from the 622 will feed a third TV.

Can the Dish 1000 accomodate all this or will I need additional switches?

You will need a DPP44 with your Dish1000. Four inputs (119-110-129-61.5) and four outputs - looks like you will only be using two.

Thanks, I was afraid it might be something like that. I'll be surprised if E* is willing to give me a DPP44 as part of the upgrade. I think they're pretty expensive. If they won't maybe I can talk them into something less costly that would at least get me 61.5 for WCBS-DT on the 622. Too bad E* won't mirror ch. 9483 on 129.

That $299 can cover a lot. "Everything you need."
