Speaking of that -- since I am in the Flint DMA -- what is the best way to do that? To know exactly when they WILL start accepting requests and try to get in the front of the line? Should I call a CSR each morning around a certain time? Do they get entered into the system as available at a certain time during the night maybe?

Or should I keep going to the web site and going into the "Add Programming / Locals" section until it says that my locals are available -- and then add them that way?

    Thanks!

Check the website to see if you qualify in the evening. Usually the next morning after you qualify, they are available.

Ah -- so do the address-based qualification -- not just going into the Add Programming Locals section and see what it says?

Then call a CSR and sign up the next morning if the address qualifier shows locals as available?

Yeah. You probably would need to talk to the CSR to schedule the SuperDISH install anyway.

But at least E* can count the area as one of its 101 markets now instead of February. Charlie has bragging rights - even if the number of customers is limited.
