I have a SD antenna on my garage for the SD TV in my shop. The receiver a legacy receive and I own it... We are making changes to the building and the antenna will be removed for several weeks before reinstallation. What is the period of time that the receiver can be disconnected from the antenna before it will require reauthorization. I know this can be done online. I went thru this with the HDDVR receivers in the house a year or so ago, and DTV was asking for them back (leased receivers) before the remodeling was done.

If you actually own it, just deactivate it so you don't pay for it while it is not connected. Once you reinstall the dish, call DirecTV back up to reactivate it.
