How many teams still have OTA feeds? The Twins will broadcast all of their games on Fox Sports North this season. I know the Phillies, Mets and Yankees have OTA games.

The Indians do as well. They do 20 games a year on WKYC, but those are also simulcast on STO.

Angels and Dodgers have OTA games as well, and have not been part of EI.

The Giants have a limited number of TV games on KNTV and a network throughout Central & Northern California, Northern Nevada and Southern Oregon, while the vast majority are on CSNBA.

Just called and got $10 off my sports package for 6 months and $5 off my Choice Xtra programming package for 6 months.

So I'm paying $34.99 x 6 months for the baseball package less $15.00 x 6 months of credits = $119.94 total for the MLB package. (Regular price of $209.94)

Said 'cancel MLB package' at first voice prompt and then asked the CSR if I was eligble for any discounts with regards to the MLB package. She said none for that package but she could give me the $10 off Sports Package and $5 off Base Package discounts.

Less than 5 minutes to save $90.

The channels are showing up in the guide now. One thing I notice is so far I am not seeing the mix channel in HD. I just see one SD mix channel. I hope they will still have the mix in HD this year.

I was able to get DirecTV to price match MLB.tv last night, the $100 version. I had the first month's charge already show up on my account, so they credited me $144.99 ($34.99 for first month, plus $110.00 discount to match MLB.tv) and then charged me the full one time lump sum price of $209.94. So, all in all it was a $100 cost for the whole season.

Here is what appears on my account:

    03/28/2011 XXX MLB EXTRA INNINGS 2011 - Pre-Ssn Sprt Cxl ($144.99)
    03/28/2011 XXX MLB EXTRA INNINGS 2011 - Charge $209.94
03/28/2011 XXX MLB EXTRA INNINGS 2011 HD - Charge $0.00
    03/28/2011 XXX MLB EXTRA INNINGS 2011 - Charge $34.99

It took 20 minutes to get this done, but the first 15 of those minutes was me waiting on hold.

Interesting way they processed that credit. Hopefully they didn't actually cancel the package!

I think channel 112 - 115 (one of those) shows if you subscribe to MLB Extra Innings.

I am still subscribed. Basically he gave me a $145 credit to cancel the orginal time I signed up ($34.99 x 6). Then he added the $210 one time payment to my account.

I just called D* and was able to get a one time credit off the mlb package. It brought the total to $143. Definitely pleased with that. I mentioned that mlb.tv deal for $99 and I couldn't justifying paying twice that. She said right away the best she could do is take $60 off. I said that I was very satisfied with that.
