Wow, talk about a dead forum. 24 hours and no replies or poll choices made.

Nothing wrong with the forum. Lack of responses is pretty clearly indicative of lack of interest. I gave up all interest in Voom about 8 months ago when I pulled the plug on my account with them.

Maybe it's because the poll is pretty dumb....

Of course voom will be dead on May 1st.

They've said so themselves and have communicated that clearly through many mediums

Except that 54.55% of the people disagree with you. So -- is the poll dumb? Or those being polled? ;)

Actually Voom (as a satellite service) will be active for three eastern time hours on May 1st.
So V* will be operational as of May 1st. :D

And then BZZZT. Later on May 1st Voom Programming becomes available on E* receivers. :)

Of course, you mean on HD receivers, but what is your source for the above statement, or is that just your wishful thinking?

Just an E* press release published 24hrs before your post.
