If I use a Dish 500 with a Dishpro Dual lnbf with the I adapter for sat 129, what is the skew setting?

Is azimuth and elevation the same as for a Dish 300?

The skew setting would be 0. No skew required. The azimuth and elevation should be the same as a D300, but I found that when I did my D500 for 61.5 that the elevation was off by a degree or two. No big deal, I still found the sat fairly quickly, but keep in mind that it might not be perfect.

You're right. I was thinking sideways. Actually, I don't think you can even set it to 0.
