will a context battery backup with 7 amp battery keep the receiver from having to reboot if the power blinks off for a few seconds? We have that happen occasionally and you can miss alot while it reboots.

Any UPS with > 100W backup capacity should work for a single receiver and LNB.

You already stated you have a 322 (it's not a bad idea to have an UPS on a non-DVR), but I personally consider it essential to have an UPS on a DVR. The question then becomes how long do you need it to hold - If it can hold for 5-10 minutes, that should be plenty for the rare / occaisional blip that can happen.
