The BTN alternate game today is North Dakota State @ Minnesota.

    NORTH DAKOTA STATE?!?

This is the Third Saturday in October. Tennessee/Alabama, USC/ND, UCLA/Cal. And the Big Ten gives us opponents like North Dakota State and Northern Illinois?

If those are the games they're going to air, tell me why they deserve to be in HD, if even televised at all.

Are the ESPN alternates in HD yet?

    It's just TV.

Bumping this thread to report that it seems today D* has the BTN alternates in HD. Check All Channels in your Favorites and find HD feeds on 218-1 and 219-1.

    -c

PS: Mods can we change the thread title to reflect the alternates in HD?

    Aiken, SC
Tennessee/Alabama, USC/ND, UCLA/Cal -- none of those involve a Big Ten conference team...

I think his point was that a major conference like the Big 10 shouldn't be scheduling I-AA teams this late in the season.

A ridiculously ignorant post (not yours, the one you are explaining). Every team in a major power conference is going to schedules patsies when they don't have a conference game. This coming week in the SEC for example:

    Northwestern State at Ole Miss
    Tennessee Tech at Auburn
    Troy at Georgia

well I think its Northwestern State that scheduled the patsie....:D

Georgia better watch out though, Troy is capable of an upset here.

Ummm, yes, you were "genius"...... about the others, but complaining no less. Whats worse, complaining about the lack of additions, or bitching about those that are?

When trying to use sarcasm to call someone else stupid, it's best to do so without grammatical and spelling errors.
