I just tried out the Blockbuster DVD mailing service which, I guess, is included in the Platinum replacement package. So far my first two ever discs have both arrived cracked in the mail. Is this normal? How often does Blockbuster/Dish typically send out damaged discs? I don't use Netflix, so I don't know what to expect here. And maybe it's just bad luck that I get two duds in a row. But since Blockbuster will send out one at a time, that's two full weeks that I haven't gotten to watch anything.
