I seem to have problems with orange LEDs.
They were all green, then I noticed they would cycle orange then back to green. Finally I noticed my H21 was out of sync with the DVRs [DVRs green, H21 orange].
Removed SAT feed to DECA on H21 for a min or two. All C.link LEDs went orange.
    Reconnected H21.
After a few mins, two DVRs were green, but now everything is back to orange.

Orange c.link doesn't seem to be effecting performance.
    DirecTV2PC works fine.
    MRV seems to function.
    TVApps work.

Who is the "DirecTV test coordinator" [that we should let know?

I haven't had that problem yet, sounds like a glitch.

I also have the orange C.Link, but have no issues with network or MRV. I have tried switching cables and DECA dongles. Seems like when I hook up my HR21-700 it turns them all orange.

    One green, 3 yellow/orange C.Links.

Is green the master of ceremonies (Network Control)?

    Cheers,
    Tom

If so, then none of mine are, because they're all still yellow/orange.

Turns out my guess was creative but wrong. :)

We'll keep learning as we go...

    Dripping...
Maybe it would be helpful if DirecTV would let us know what the different states on the light meant so we can maybe see we can see if something specific in our environments that are causing the different results.

At this point the C.Link lights have become almost meaningless. So while I could tell you, there is no need to shoot yourself trying to figure out anything at this time. :)

Doug was right--their purpose is being tweaked.

    Cheers,
    Tom

All green here. Question, maybe it matters where the network filter is located. Mine is off the SWM before the 1st splitter. How about everyone else who is having the orange/yellow lights?

I'm not sure it makes sense to try and diagnose this issue at this time ..

I know Doug says not to worry about the orange C.Link light, but FWIW moving the filter from the the SWM PI to my SWS-4 splitter resolved the orange lights and now are all green.

Given this filter has an RF match of "zero", since it's a band stop filter, I wonder if the reflection is hitting the DECA module at a high level.
In my setup, the filter is on a 2-way, which has "about -16 dB output to output, "But" output to input bounced back to output could be -6 dB.
This could be acting like the old "adapter T".

I could add another -8 dB if I moved the filter to the dish.
