Cablevision said in a Securities and Exchange Commission filing that it anticipates incurring significant costs related to early termination of contracts, employee termination benefits and other costs associated with the demise of VOOM. The company estimated the costs at between $115 million and $155 million. Cablevision shut down VOOM on April 30 after the satellite TV service struggled to gain a sufficient number of customers.
